We have researched our address, Assessing, and land use
application files for the Gilsted property. We have no record of
an easement to provide access to the property located to the
south of his home. We have also checked with Anoka County and
they also have no record of an easement. If an easement exists,
Councilwoman Jorgenson may want to ask Mr. Gilsted for a copy of
the easement document which he believes provides access to the
property.
If there is anything else that you need from us, please let us

Attached is an agreement that I need you to sign prior to the council
meeting for zoning approval on November 21, 1994. I have also enclosed
the e�ibit showing the general location of the easement.
This is an agreement between 5701 Partnership which is the owner of
Moore Lake Apartments and Robert and Gloria Gilstead, owners of the
property ]ocated at 930 Haclrnlan, Fridley, Minnesota.

AGREEMENT
The undersigned parties, Robert and Gloria Gilst�ad, and 5701 Partnership
agree to the following:
Gilstead's agree to grant a permanent easement to
57,0,1 Partnership for a 15' wide strip of land across
the sout}tern border of their property located at 930
Hackman in Fridley, Minnesota.
2. The easement is for the sole purpose of constructing
a fence plus snow and dirt storage.
T'he Gilstead's agree to provide us with the proper title work so that the
attorney for 5701 Partnership can prepare easement documents.
Furtheimore, the Gilst�ad's agree to sign the documents when prepared.
There wi11 be no cost to the Gilstgad's for any title �vork, etc.
In return, 5701 Fartnership sponsored the rezoning of your property from
comrriercial to residential and paid all the fees related to this rezoning.
