The easement is for the sole purpose of constructing a fence plus snow and dirt storage. T'he Gilstead's agree to provide us with the proper title work so that the attorney for 5701 Partnership can prepare easement documents. Furtheimore, the Gilst�ad's agree to sign the documents when prepared.
