Approval of this special use permit is contingent upon the following stipulations: 1. Petitioner shall install Code required hard surface driveway within 12 months of issuance of the building permit. 2. Petitioner shall obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction. 3. The structure shall not be used for a home occupation or living area. 4. All vehicles shall be stored on a hard surface as approved by the City. 5.
