On Monday, December 17, 2001, the Fridley Ciry Council officially approved your request for a
Final Plat, PS #01-04, Resolution #72-2001, to replat property to formally recognize perceived
lot line, generally located at f��"5�HeatherF'iacre � 1400 Kerry Circle.
Approval of this Final Plat is contingent upon the following stipulation:
Petitioner shall provide all easements as shown on preliminary plat drawing.

Dear Mr. Anderson and Mr. Hilborn:
On Monday, October 8, 2001, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a
Preliminary Plat, PS # 01-04, to replat the property to formally recognize perceived lot line,
legally described as Lot 5, Block 1, Heather Hills 2n° Addition 8 Lot 9 Block 1, Heather Hills
West (proposed - Lot 1& Lot 2 of Sonja's Heather Hills), generally located at 6175 Heather
Place & 1400 Kerry Circle.
Approval of this Preliminary Plat is contingent upon the following stipulations:
1. Petitioner shall provide all easements as shown on preliminary plat drawing.
The Council action described above is only to approve the ereliminary plat. You must have an
aparoved final alat prior to recording at Anoka Countv. When the final plat has been prepared
by your surveyor, a copy of the plat should be sent to the Anoka County's Surveyors office for
review. Once that review is completed, please submit three full size copies of the final plat to
the Communiry Development Department. The Community Development staff will contact you
as to which counci{ meeting the item will be scheduled for consideration (it will be placed under
the "consent agenda"). After Council action on the final plat, the mylars of the plat must be
submitted to the City for signature by the Mayor and City Clerk. Once signed, the plat is ready
for recording at Anoka County. The final plat must be submitted for action within six months of
approval of the preliminary plat.
