FRIDLEY, MN 55432 •(763) 571-3450 • FAX (763) 571-1287 CITY COUNCIL ACTION TAKEN NOTICE August 16, 2001 Bob and Frankie Fetrow 7061 Hickory Drive Fridley, MN 55432 Dear Mr. Fetrow: On August 13, 2001, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a Special Use Permit, SP #01-07, for a second accessory structure over 240 square feet (garage), legally described as Lot 6, Block 1, Ostmans Third Addition, generally located at 7061 Hickory Drive. Approval of this special use permit is contingent upon the following stipulations: 1. Staff shall conduct regular inspections of the site. If, at any time, a trail simulating a driveway is present, a hard surface driveway as approved by the City will need to be installed within 90 days. 2. Petitioner shall obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction. 3. The structure shall not be used for a home occupation or living area. 4. All vehicles shall be stored on a hard surface as approved by the City. 5. Total square footage of all accessory structures must not exceed 1,400 square feet. 6. Garage shall be architecturally compatible with existing home and finished with same siding and color scheme. You have one year from the date of City Council action to initiate construction. If you cannot begin construction in time, you must submit a letter requesting an extension at least three weeks prior to the expiration date.
