I note one skimmer and a main drain but can't find anything on the aumber of inlets. One sheet says four return inlets and two skim- mers while the drawing says oae skimmer. No electrical lines shall be located near the pool. Mrs. Temp��e was at the residence and Mr. Eichmiller did not show at 10:30. It was reported by neighbors that he was there at 8:30, but did not gain access to the pool area because of a fence and locked gate. When Mr. Temple called City Hall, he was advised that the pool was okay and had passed inspection. What I would like to find out is how Mr. Eichmiller can make an inspection from outside the fence, if this is i,n fact what happened, and why the appointment was not kept. Also I believe that, if in your opinion there was an inadequate inspection, a reinspection should take place. Please give me a report on this as soon as you can check it out, and preferably by 4:00 P. M. on September 25, 1972. Thank you for your assistance. � ��`� GERALD R. Mr. Eichmiller was there a little after 10 A.M., and he did not know he was to meet them at a specified ti.me. Mrs. Temple called Mr. Eichmiller about 2;30 and asked if he had been th,ere and she was told that he had and that they could back fill. This was the third time Mx. Eichmiller was there. The permit fee was $5.50 and because the electrical ground run was improper on the first inspection, he required the 'Temple's to pay a$6.00 reinspection fee. This is probably why the Temples are upset about the most recent inspection. I don't feelits necessary to rei.nspect the ground run again unless you feel it requires this additioaal attention due to the situation a d.
