Section 2. The InapecCor of Buildings sh�li, before isaaiug any permit fos
�he erection of any building or stsucture, or for any addit3on to any exiee-
iag buildfng or etructure, or for any alEeraeioas or repai=s to any e�is�ing
building or srcructure, upon application therefor, require the gayment by the
applicant for such permit of feea to the amaimt herein below set iorth �nd
in the manner herein provided to-wit:
2.1. For any such permit for the erection o.f anq fire-proof building, other
than a�arage� warehause, faceory or $rain elevator, or for the erection of
suy fire-pzoof addition, for sim3lar occupancy, to any existing building
shall be at the rate of $],*40 for each one thousand cubic feet, or fract3oa
thereof, in such cubical coatents.
2.2. For any such permit for �he erection of any fire-proof garage, uiarehouse,
factory or grain elevator, or for the erection of aay fire-proaf addition,
for similar occupancy, to any exiseing building shail be at the rate of $1.25
for each one thousand cubic feet, classified as "fireproof" by Seetion 502 of
the 1+2�nneapolie Buildiag Code. .

All that part of an ex�sting 12 f oot alley easement in Block 6,
Fridiey Park,
All lying in the North Half of Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that t�e C�ty of Fridley retains
easements for dra�nage and utility purposes.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
