Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was conducted on July 1, 2003 for the completion of the dwelling
at the above address. The inspection noted the following items that need to be .
completed before the permit can be finaled; .
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards by August 1, 2003.
2. Provide a verifying survey by August 1, 2003.
We will expect the above items to be completed on or before the scheduted date
and a reinspection called for. The dwelling is approved for occupancy.
