SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shal?, before iasuing permits for
the erectioa of t��fy building or structure, o:� for any addition to any
exist3.ag structure or building, or for any a;.i�,:ation or repairs to any
existing building or structure, upon agg,lica�iau therefore, require the
the paymeat by the applicaat for such pe�nit of fees to the amount herein
below set forth and in the manner herin provided to-wit:
Unffoftm Buildin„ Code: Type� I, 2, � 4.- $1,75 for each one thousand cub�.c
feet, o— r r ct•oa thereof, in such cubical contents. Type 3& 5- $1.50 for
each one thousaud cubic feet.
Far the purpoae of c�mputiag fees for building permita, the cubical
contents af any building or addition to a uniform height throughout by
multiplying the ground area covezed fr� a point six (6) inches below the floo:
line of the basement or the cel].�r to the average height of the upger surface
or t� the average height of the roof eurface of the main gable of a
gitched roof.
For repairs or alteraCions to an existi�g atructure, the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.04 per each five hnndred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof
in the cost e�f all proposed work.
In no case shail the fee charged for any permit as seC forth ia Sectiou 2 be
less than $5.00.

be sealed according to the Water Well Construction Code MCAR §4725.2500-2900.
E.H. RENNER 8 SONS, INC has been notified by the owner of this property or
an interested party and have subsequently submitted to them an estimate for
the sealing of this well under our LICENSE #71015. We have also included
a copy of the current code with our estimate.
In submitting our estimate, the owner may also receive additional estimates
and hire any number of Minnesota licensed water well contractors in the area
to seal this well. However, there is a possibility that this well may not
be properly sealed and thus jeopardize the ground water and Public Health.
