Sect3oa 2. The Inspector of Suildings shall, before iseuing any
pa�rmi� �or the erection o� any building or structure, or for any
addition to any exiQt�.n� building or atscucture, or for any alteratione

ather than a garage, waacehouse, factory or grain elevator, or fcr the
erec�ion of aay fire-p�oo� acldition, for similar occupancy, to any
existing building shall be at the rate of $1.40 fer each one thousand
cu�ic feet, or frac�ion thereo£, i� �uch cubical contents.

Modig, 1330 Hillcrest Drive.
The driveway is settling in the boulevard area and her
concern is that the City water line is broken and causing
the problem.
Please check this out and provide me a response.

At this time, there is no physical evidence of a water break at this address.
On November 24, 1979, we had a water break at 1328 Hillcrest Drive. We re-
paired the person's driveway, but this would have no bearing on the broken
concrete at the address in question.
