A eurvey wae sbawn to the Board which showed the houee is eet back 43 feet instead of 35 feet so t6e vasiance would he from 43 feet to 34 feet instead of from 35 feet to 23 feet. Part of the exiating garage will be turned into a family zoom aft�r the propoaed garqge is built. Mr. Henkel atated he had talked to his neighbora about the variance and they iaad no objectiona. There are e�vergreea tree� betweea his lot and his nei�hbor to the North so the gasage will not reatrict the view of hia neighbor. The garages on the adjacent lota are both taward his property. Seconded by Sondheimer. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion carried unanimously. Chairman Minish reported to the Board that the Council on September 8, 1970 had reviewed the Board's action from the August 25 meeting, and approved all reco�eadations. It is to be 3 stories, �S in the ground and two stories up. He said that he had talked to the neighbors and their only concern was that it should be kept up. Councilman Liebl said that it appears to be quality cc,nstruction and all brick. Mr. Eibensteiner saici that the total construction cost would be about $83,000. 1KOTION by Councilman Liebl to concur with the Board of Appeals and grant the variance to Mr. Marcol Eibensteiner, based on th� Board's conditions.
