As a result of your letter dated June 1, 1982 and my discussions with
Co�ancilman Schneider, the City will install a cleanout to your sewer
line leading to the main line in the street. The cost to you and your
neighbor will be a total of $100. A bill will be sent to you upon com-
pletion of the work, It is further understood that you will be respon-
sible for the replacement of sod and restoration of the lawn on your
property, as a result of this work.
Mr. Arthur Silseth from our Sewer Division will meet with you on Monday
morning, �lune 21, 1982 at 7:00 a.m. to identify the location and start
of the work.
flur goal is to find a location within 100 feet of your home cleanout
where a hole can be dug, which will allow installation of an interme-
diate cleanout to the sewer lines servicing 1360 and 1358 Hillcrest
Drive.
It is understood that the City's cooperation in this project will satis-
f� any past and future claims involving the sanitary sewer installation
and connection.
