appraval of application and prior to a� work commencing. This
bond or check is to ensure satisfactory perf ormance and

notification of the City after a satisfactory final inspection

and orderly condition, with maximum slopes of 2:1 with no
overhang or vertical banks and with a level bottan.
g. On the fYiday of each work week, or when required by the City,
material from this operation that is found to exist or� City
streets shall be cleaned to the City's satisfaction by the
applicant.

According to our files, your firm placed fill on a portion of Lot
6, Auditor Subdivision No. 25 adjacent to Hillwind Road in 1987.
We have been informed by MnDOT that this fill covered the outlet
to the 30 inch storm sewer that drains the northeast quadrant of
the I-694/Highway 65 interchange.
I enclosed a copy of the Land Alteration Permit submitted by your
firm and a copy of the plan showing the storm sewer. As I
requested in my letter of December 12, 1989, please contact me to
arrange a meeting regarding this issue. As the spring run-off and
rain season are swiftly approaching, this problem will need to be
resolved. If there is no action on your part, the City may be
required to correct the situation and in this case, will look to
Harstad Companies to compensate the City for labor and equipment.
