We have been informed by MnDOT that this fill covered the outlet to the 30 inch storm sewer that drains the northeast quadrant of the I-694/Highway 65 interchange. I enclosed a copy of the Land Alteration Permit submitted by your firm and a copy of the plan showing the storm sewer. As I requested in my letter of December 12, 1989, please contact me to arrange a meeting regarding this issue. As the spring run-off and rain season are swiftly approaching, this problem will need to be resolved. If there is no action on your part, the City may be required to correct the situation and in this case, will look to Harstad Companies to compensate the City for labor and equipment.
