Section 2. The Inapector of Build3ngs shall, �BfOP@ issuing any permit
for the erection of �,ny building or structure, or for any add3tion to
any existing building or structure, or for any alterations or repairs
to any existing building or structure, upon appl3cation therefor� require
the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein
below set forth and 3n the manner herein provided to wit:
2.1. For any such permit for the erection of any fire-groo€ btiti.lding� other
tha.n a garage, warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or flor the erection of;
any fireproof addition, for similar occupancy, to any exieting building
sha11 be at the rate o£ $1.1�0 for each one thousand cubic feet� or f�action
thereof, in such cubice,7. contenta.
2.2. For an� such permit for the erection of any f3reproof garage, ware-
house, �'actory or grain elevator; or for the erection of any fireproof
addition, for similar occupancy, to any existing building shall be at the
rate of $1.25 for each one thouaand cubic feet, classified as "f3xeproof"
by Section 502 of the Minneapolis Building Code.

off Hillwind Road. Staff will attempt to check this
location periodically in the future to determine if an
ongoing problem exists.
