RE: Extension of Time to Comply with Fridley City Code
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Doege:
Recently, I sent you a letter concerning the parking of one or more
vehicles on your property in a manner not in compliance with the
Fridley City Code. Upon speaking with you, I learned that you
wished to comply, but you required additional time to make the
necessary arrangements. Based on this information, I granted you
an extension of one year to fully comply with the City's parking
requirement.
This letter is to confirm that you have until December 31, 1991,
to take the steps needed to comply with the Fridley City Code.
This may be accomplished by creating additional paved parking
and/or makinq other arrangements, such that all vehicles on your
property are kept in your existing driveway, on an adjacent paved
area, or in an enclosed structure. (Please be advised that the
time extension only applies to vehicles which are currently
licensed and street operable.)

BUILDING PERNIIT FEE SCHEDULE
The Chief Building O�cia1 shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or
structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair
to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in the manner herein
provided to-wit:
VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
Pernuts for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time of applicati�on to
allow for proper review of proposed structure and of the construction site.
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the existing foundation will be
