Dear Mr. Herlofsky: On July 1, 1990, the City of Fridley began a new program called Systematic Code Enforcement. This progra� is designed to provide fair and equitable code enforcement, improve the City's appearance, and maintain property values by creating a more attractive suburban environment. Under this program, all properties in the City will be inspected approximately once each year to ensure that they are in compliance with the Fridley City Code. A recent inspection of your property revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are item(s) which do not comply with the Code: 1. Observed vehicle (944CCP) with expired registration and not on paved parking surface. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/street operable and kept on a hard surface parking area, or stored in an enclosed structure. 2. Discontinue outside storage of boat and trailer in front yard. (Fridley Zoning Code does permit such storage in the side or rear yard.) Your prompt attention in correcting this problem would help us in our effort to improve the City. Fridley, NIId 55432 RE: Final Notice of Noncompliance of the Fridley City Code at 1365 Hillwind Road N.E. Dear Mr. Herlofsky: On September 20, 1990, a final inspection of the property at 1365 Hillwind Road N.E. confirmed that the following item still does not comply with City Code: 1. Discontinu surface in storage in e outside storage of boat and trailer off the paved front yard. (Fridley Zoning Code does permit such the side or rear yard.) An inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or about October 15, 1990. You should arrange to complete an approved plan for compliance before that date. Should this inspection confirm that this deficiency still exits, legal action will be approved. If corrective action cannot be completed by this time, contact me to coordinate a schedule to complete this�requirement.
