Fridley City Code 105 sta�tes that it is unlawful to maintain property in the City upo� which weeds, grass,
or rank vegetation exceeds ten (10) inches in height; or other noxious growth exists as outlined in the
ordinance. (Ordinance summary is on reverse side of this letter.) This was enacted to protect the health
and safety of the community and its residents. � .
A recent inspection of the above referenced property revealed conditions which are not in compliance
with this ordinance. It is important that you take appropriate steps to correct this situation immediately.
A reinspection will be conducted on or shortly after August 31, 1996, at which time full compliance is
expeded. Should this deficiencv still exist. a citation will be issued and the Citv will intervene bv causinQ
such weeds. Qrass, brush and other veqetation on the lot or land to be cut and removed
In the event the City abates the condition, the actual cost of such cutting plus up to 25% for inspection
and other additional costs will be certified by the City to Anoka County and will become a a lien upon
the property.
