RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 143 Horizon Circle, N.E.
Dear Mr. Reineck,
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purse of promoting a pieasant
and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 143 Horizon
Circle N.E. revealed that rrot all Code requiremerrts are presently being met. Listed below
are the items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/street operable
and kept on a hardsurface parlccing area if they are stored outside. I observed a vehicle
in the driveway without license plates/tabs displayed.
2. Discontinue the outside storage of a lawn mower and numerous misc. materials
including carpet and lumber located on top of the car and in the driveway area.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An insion will be conduced on or shortly after March 29,
1996, to determine compliance.
If you have questions or would like to discuss this violation, please contact me at 572-
3595. Thank you for your cooperation!
Sincerely,
Kurt Jensen-Schneider
Code Enforcement Officer
