MOTION by 0'Bannon to grant the requeet to allow the construction of a gara.ge
14 feet by 25 feet ae the easemente to the North and Weet on thie property have
made it neaeesary for the odd location of the houae on the lot and thue has
resulted in a definate hardehip in this caee. This approval ie subject to a
letter from the adjoining property owner of Lot 5, Block 2, Carleon's Summit
Manor, e.greeing to the location of the proposed garage.
Seconded by Harrie. IIpon a voice vote, Ahonen votie2g Nay, the motion Qarried.
Mr. �ndereon was present to arlswar any questioae from the Board.
Mr. Ahonen: I was out to look at the property on Sunday, Ma.rch '16� and I talked
to Mr. En�elhardt, property owner at 7120 Ee.et River Road, which ie two lote
South of 7144 Riverview Terrace. gt that time, Mr. Eagelhardt was opposed to a
40 foot aetback but in favor of a 50 foot eetback.
MO'I'ION by Haxris to receive a petition ai�ned by 4 neighboring property ownere
which was circulated by Mr. Anderaon. Three of the property ownere eigued
agreeing to a 40 foot setback. The petition was cher►�ed for Mr. Engelhardt
who would only agree to a 45 foot setback.
Seconded by Minieh. IIpon a voice vote, there bein� no nays, the motion
carried unanimously.
