C. flDMIBISTR�TIYE STAFF REVIEfi: The owner presentlq has a 1$ x 26 Poot garage loeated 5 feet from the south property line and 6 feet from the house. They would like to replaee this gara�e with a 23 x 34 foot garage to be attaehed to their house and be located 2 feet from the south property line. The staff reeommends t&at the Board cons3der reducin� the garage width to 22 feet, leaving 3 feet from the south garage wall to the south property line. The existing garage to the south is 5 feet from the eommon progerty line.
