Per Minnesota Statute 15.99, local govemment units are required to notify land use
applicants within 10 days if their land use applications are complete. We received an
application for a variance on June 18, 1999. This letter serves to inform you that your
application is not complete and can not be processed until a survey verifying the lot
boundaries and the setback of the existing home are submitted to the City.
The next application dates for variance applications are July 2 and July 16�'. Please
