A second inspection of your property confirmed that the foilowing items still do not comply with City Code: • Fridley City Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in secured 32-gallon containers with tight-fitting lids stored in the side yard (screened from view), rear yard, or garage, except on the day of collection when the containers may be placed up to 3 feet from the front of the garage. A recent inspection revealed open refuse containers on and around the driveway. • Fridley City Code exterior storage requirements state that nothing shall be stored in the front yard. All materials shall be kept in a building so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way, except far stacked firewood, boats, and trailers placed in the side yard. A recent inspection revealed a large amount of materials on the driveway. A final inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or about November 3. 1997. ° You should have an approved plan for compliance before that date.
