RE: Finai Notice of Noncompliance of the Fridley City Code at 5048 Hughes Avenue
Dear Ms. Gardinier.
A second inspection of your property confirmed that the foilowing items still do not comply with
City Code:
• Fridley City Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in secured 32-gallon
containers with tight-fitting lids stored in the side yard (screened from view), rear
yard, or garage, except on the day of collection when the containers may be placed
up to 3 feet from the front of the garage. A recent inspection revealed open refuse
containers on and around the driveway.
• Fridley City Code exterior storage requirements state that nothing shall be stored in
the front yard. All materials shall be kept in a building so as not to be visible from
any public right-of-way, except far stacked firewood, boats, and trailers placed in the
side yard. A recent inspection revealed a large amount of materials on the driveway.
A final inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or about November 3. 1997. °
You should have an approved plan for compliance before that date. Should this inspetion
confirm that this violation still exists, legal action will be approved. If coRective action cannot be
completed by this time or if you have questions regarding this particular situation, please call
me to coordinate a schedule to complete this requirement.
Sincerely,
