Dear Dennis Nihart:
A mechanical permit was issued on May 17, 1999 for the property located at
5061 Hughes Ave NE for a furnace and an air conditioning unit. According to
Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be
performed on the mechanical system. As of this date no inspection has been
called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do
not hear from you, we will expire the permit and any inspections on this
installation will require a new permit.
