No additional information is available at this time. ANALYSIS Code Secfion Section 205.07.03.D.(4).(b) of the Fridley Zoning Code requires the s a for garages and accessory buildings in the rear yard to e the same as for a front yard when a double street frontage exists. Section 205.07.03.D.(1) of the Fridley Zoning Code requires a front yard with a depth of not less than 35 feet. By reviewing the five closest garages adjacent to the petitioner's, we see that the setbacks range from 6 ft. to 35 ft., averaging an 18.4 ft. setback. The proposed garage addition measuring 18 ft. x 28 ft. would add an additional 336 sq. ft. to the existing 462 sq. ft. garage (total 798 sq. ft.). This falls within the parameter of the code as it relates to area occupancy. The petitioner has submitted a list of adjacent home addresses and businesses that have signed letters of support for this proposal.
