Recently I received a complaint through Councilman Fitzpatrick stating that the homeowner at the above-referenced location is repairing wrecked vehicles at night. The visible signs of this work are loud noise, bright lights and junk vehicles/wreckers temporarily in and near driveway area. I have instructed the complainant to contact the police when this problem is happening.
