I told him that�'we would fill in behind the curb, and sod it, for approximately 7-1/2 feet from his property line to the curb. He informed me that we were going to fill in his whole yard, or approximately 20 to 25 feet. I told him that the City is responsible for the boulevard only. Mr. Eisenschenk told us to leave his yard alone, and he would talk to the Mayor and Councilmembers to see that we do the whole yard for him.
