Fridley, MA1 55b32 Re: Displaying a Sign on the East River Road Right of Way Dear Mr. Hegner: It was confirmed by an on-site inspection on April 19, 1983 that you were displaying a sign advertising "Hegner Trophies" on a utility pole located at the intersection of Hugo and East River Road. Section 21u.031 of the Fridley City Sign Code does not permit any permanent signs other than governmental signs to be erected Within any street right of �ay or upon any public easement. Therefore, the City must require that the sign be removed from this location. In addition� the City Zoning Code does not permit the displaying of any signs advertising a home oceupation on the premises.
