SECTION 2. The Inspeczor of Buildings shall, before issuing permit� fox the
exection of any building or structure, or for any addition �o any exist�n�
build3ag or atructure, or for any alteration or repairs tp any e�c�stiug
bu�lding or structure, upon application therefore, require the payme�� by �ki�
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set fo7rti� €�d i.ii
the manaer herein prwided to-wit:
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: Zjrpe 1, 2� 4-$2.15 for each one thousaad cubi,c
�p�X, or fraction thereof, in such cubical conteats. 1j►pe 3� 5-$1.�5 �or
each one thousand cubic feet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpoee of computing fees for building pe�ita, the cubical contents
of aay buildi�g or additioa� ie determined by multiplying the ground area
covered from a point �ix (6) inches below the floor line of the baseaeent
or the cellar to the aveacage heights of the upper surface or to the average�
height of the roof surface of the main gable of a pitched roof.
Far repaira or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dullars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of all proposed work.
In ao ease shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth ia Sec�ioa� � b�
less than $5.Op.
