that City sewer was possibly blocked
" 10:25 a.m. - Called Steve Coyle, told him to bring jetter and meet me at 590
Hugo
" 10:40 a.m. - Jim Saefke arrived on Hugo, checked manhole west of Broad Ave.
and it was full. Checked next manhole west of full one and
found it empty with a small trickle. Checked manhole east of
full one and found that one about 3/4 full. Neighbor to 590
asked if she would have sewage in basement. Instructed her
there was a possibility and she should remove any valuables
from basement floor.
" 10:45 a.m. - Steve arrived with�jetter
" 11:05 a.m. - After setup and running jetter approximately 275 feet, hit
obstruction and pushed it into full manhole, draining backup.
" 11:15 a.m. - Steve ran line again.
" 11:30 a.m. - Took survey of houses with damage. 3 of 5 residents not home
at time of backup. Arrived after we were in process of relieving
backup. 615 Hugo not home, but neighbor had key to check on
damage.
