The petitioner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to demolition and reconstruction of the garage. 2. The petitioner shall build the south wall of the garage in accordance with the 3 foot side yard setback requirement. 3. The petitioner shall build the south wall in accordance with all Building Code req,uirements relative to firewall constructictn. 4. The petitioner shall not engage in any home occupations within the garage. 5. The petitioner shall assure that the garage will be built to be architecturally compatible with the principal structure. 6.
