thc� erection of aay building os structure, or for any addit3on to any exiet9

applicant for such permit of feea t0 the amount herein below set forth and
in the manner herein provided to-wit:
2.1, Fos any such permit fog the esection c� any fire-proof bu�lding, othes
th�n a garage� warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or for the erect�.oa of
any fire-psoof addition, for sim3las occupancy, to any exiating building
shall be at t�ie rate of $1.40 for each ome thous�nd cubic feet, ox fractioa

building or s�ructure, upon application therefor, require the payment by the

A plumbing permit was issued on December 28, 1999 to install a water heater at your address.
According to section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Code, a final inspection shall be conducted
on the plumbing authorized by this permit. As of this date, no inspection has been called for.
The permit fee paid covers the inspector's time to make sure the appliance was installed
correctly. We also check to make sure combustion air has been installed and that the vent and
vent connectors have been sized properly.
If you would like the installation inspected, please contact us within 30 days to arrange the
inspection. If we do not hear from you, we will expire the pernut and note that no inspections
were called for.
