Minnesota Statutes, Section 105.44, Subdivision 1, requires you to supply a complete copy
and all supporting data of your water permit application to the following:
A) The chief executive officer of the city or township within which
the �roject is located.
B) The secretary of the Boaxd of Managers of the watershed district,
if any, within which your project is located or which your proyect
may affect.
You MUST certify having served the complete application on the above in the box on tf�e back
side-�the application form W-54.
IN ADDITION, if your project is NOT located in a city, a complete copy and all supporting
data of the application should be submitted to the Administrator of the Shoreland Manage-
ment Program for the affected countyv

PLAN CHECK: 25 percer�t of building permit fee.
DRIVEWAY DEPRESSION: (Concrete Curb Streets Only) .

For the purpose of computing fees for building permits, the cubical contents of any
building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area covered from a
point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement or the cellar to the �
average heights of the upper surface or to the average neight of the roo� surface
of the main gable of a pitched roof .
For repai.rs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate
of �3.00 per each five hunclred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in the cost
of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in 5ection 2 be less
than $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge. .
