each one tiiousand cubic feet.

o£ any building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area
covered fxom a point six (6) inches 'uelow the floor line-of the basement
ox the cellar to the average lieights of�the upper surface or to the average�
�height oi the xoof surface of the main gable of a pitched roof.

V�RIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
NOTE: Pe�-mits for construction caill be issued a mini.mum of 24 hours from the
time o� appli.cation, to allo�� for pxoper xeview of the proposed structure a�d
of the constxuction site. .
A Certified Survey ot the lot, showing the location o� the foundation, once it
has been constructed, will be xequired be�ore proceeding �aitli the framing.
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Application for a Certificate of Occup�ncy shall be made ten (10) days pxior
to the use or occupancy of any structure for which a building perniit has Ueen
. issued; and said structure sliall not be used or occup�ed until a Certificate
of Occupancy has been issued. �
