A recent inspection of the property at 636 Ironton Street revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below is an item which does not comply with the City Code: --• Eridley City Code requ.ires that all solid waste must be kept in 32-gallon secured containers stored in the side yard, rear yard, or garage. It has been reported to me that your location is one of several that has containers in excess of 32 gallons in size and/or missing secure lids. Please inspect your refuse containers and verify that they are in compliance with these code requirements. We undecstand that you may have been unaware of this requirement. Correcting this situation will greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after April 26, 1997. Please have your property in compliance at that time. If you have questions or would like to discuss your particular situation, please contact me at 572-3595. Thank you for your cooperation! Sincerely, Kurt Jensen-Schneider Code Enforcement Officer KJS:Is - CE-97-93
