I received a call from a gentleman at 647 ironton. He is wondering if his portion of the street will be widen and if his
retaining wall that he is building will be jeopardized. If you recall he is the man that had trouble with his sprinkler heads
and stated that he never received a call back from the city after I called you. Another concem is his neighbor to the west
ironton and how the driveway was repaired. I did look at the repair job when I was jogging in that area today. The
driveway is in bad repair above the repair job. His concem is small portion was done and wiil break out in the cold
weather. Please look at it and give me your opinion. Next will the Laundromat will removed during the east river road
construction? Is the gas station going to lose a pump permantely with the reconstruction on east river road?

647 Ironton, Greg Kottsick met with and told Mr. Wudinick that the sprinkler line was repaired and he should flush out the
line to insure it was clear.
665 Ironton, driveway was repaired up to a major horizontal crack. The pad could have been sawed to a fresh line. This
would have then produced a cold joint, which would move seperately from the old pad. By pouring the concrete to the
joint, there is the chance of the concrete to bond and the two pieces to stay together. The scribed joint on the new
concrete is just that, the whole pad is one piece so there should be no seperation of the new pad.
