Section 2. The �nspector of Buildin�s shall, before 3ssuing any
pegmi� �or the erec�ion o� any build�.ng or structu�e, or for any
addit�.on to any oxis��ig building or s��uc�ure, or �Eor any altera�tions
or repa�rs to any axis�iny� bu�.lding� or s�ruc�u�e, upon application
�chore�or, require fidze payinent by the a�p].icant �or such permit of
fees to the amount herein belaw set �orth and in �he manne�c herein

2.�. �o= any auch pe�nit for the erection of any fire-proo� building,
o�her than a garago, wa�cehouse, factory or grain elevator� or fos the
