Fridley, NIlT 55432 . Re: First Notice of Noncompliance at 6740 Jackson Street N.E. Dear Mr. Wozny: The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of pramoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 6740 Jackson Street N. E. revealed that notall Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below is an item which does not comply with the City Code: 1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/street operable and kept on a hardsurface parking area if they are stored outside. I observed a vehicle (PDY854) located adjacent to your driveway which does not fully meet these requirements. Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after November 7, 1994 to determine compliance. ' If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact me at 572-3595. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Steven Barg Code Enforcement Officer SB:da CE-94-498 _ CITY OF FRIDLEY FRIDLEY MUNICIPAL CENTER • Ei431 UNIVERSITY AVE. N.E. '- Dear Mr. Wozny: On October 19, 1994, I sent you a letter (copy enclosed) regarding a code violation on your property. Subsequently, you contacted me to discuss additional time to resolve this matter. I granted you an extension until January, 1995 to correct the problem. A reinspection conducted on February 2, 1995 revealed that the vehicle (PDY854) located near your driveway does not fully meet the requirements of the Fridley City Code. You must take action to improve this vehicle to cunently licensed/street operable condition, and pazk it on your driveway or move it into your garage. In addition, I noticed a large tire outside along the west side of your garage which should be removed from view from the street, and from adjacent properties. A reinspection of your property on or shortly after February 20,995 at which time full compliance is expected. Should this problem remain at that time, legal action will be approved. Feel free to call me at 572-3595 if you have questions, or wish to discuss this further. Thanks for your cooperation. Sincerely, Steven Barg Code Enforcement Officer SB:da CE-95-33
