BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
SE�TION 2. The Isispector of Buildiaga shall, before issuing pernnits for the
erection of aay building or structure, or for any additioa to any existing
buildiag or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any existing
building or stxucture, upon application therefore, requise the payment by the
applicaut �or such permit of feeB to the amount herein below set forth and in
the manner herein pxovided to-wit:
UN'tFORM BUILDING CODE: Zjrpe 1, 2& 4-$2.15 for each one thousand cubic
feet, or fraction thereof, ia such cubical contents. Zj►pe 3� 5-$1.85 for
each aae thoueand cubic feet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpoae of computiug fees for building permite, the cubical contenta
o£ aay building or addition, is determined by �ltiplying the ground area
covered �rom a point aix (6) inches below the flooz line of the base�ent
or the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average�•
height of the roof aurface of the mein gable of a pitched roof.
For repaira or alterations to an existing structurey the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of a11 proposed work.
Ta ao case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be
lesa thaa $5.00. '

tia�e of application, to allaw for proper review of the proposed structure aad
of the coastructi.on aite.
A Ce7ctifisd Survey of the lot, ahawiag the location of the fouadation, once it
ha� beea constructed, wil.l be required before uroceedin� with the framing.
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Appl�.cation for a Certificate of Occupancy ahall be made ten (10) daye priox
