BUILDING PERMI� FEE SCHEDULE
SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing pexmits for the
erection of any buildiug or structure, or for aay addition to any existing
buildiag or structure, or for anq alteration or repairs to any exieting
building or stxucture, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
applicant �or such permit of fees to the amouat herein below set forth and in
the manner herein pravided to-wit:
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: �►pe 1, 2� 4-$2.15 for each one thousand cubic
feet�, ox fraction thereof, in such cubical contents. �rpe 3& 5-$1.85 for
each one thousaad cubic feet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for building permits, the cubical contents
of any building or addition, is determined by �ltiplying the gsound area
covered from a point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basemant
or the cellax to the average heights of the uppes surface or to the average�•
height of the roof surface of the mein gable of a pitched roof.
For repaira or altesations to an exiating atructure, the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of all proposed work.

leas than $5.00. '
VBRIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
NOTE: Pestaits for �oaetruction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours fram the
tisme of application, to allaw for propes review of the proposed structure and

A Cextified Survey of the loC, ehawing the l�cation of the foundaCion, once it
haa beea constructed, will be required before proceedin� with the framing.
