SECTION�2e The Inepector of Buildings ahall, before issuing permita
for the erection bf any building or structure9 0� for any addit�on to any
�xiating etructure or building9 or.for any alteration or repairs to an�r
exi�ti.n.� building or staucture, upon application therefore, require the
payment by the applieant for such permit of fees to the amount herein
below set forth and in the mas�ner hereia. provided to-wit:

cubic feet, or fraction thereof, i.r_ such cubical c.nntents. Type 3& 5-
$1a50 for each one thousand cubic feeto
For the purpoae of computing feea for buildin�.permits, the cubical
contents of any `buildi.ng�or � addition to a uni�'orm hei�it `thrbu�hout by
multiplying the ground area covered from a poi.nt six (6) inches below
the floor line of the basement or the cellar to the average height of
the upper �urface or to the avera.ge hei�ht of the roof eur�ace of the
ma.in gable of a pitched roof.
For repaira or alterationa to an existing structure, the fee aha,ll be
at the rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($500.00� or
fraction thereof in the cost of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for axay permit as set forth in Section

SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildinqs shall, before issuing peYmits for the erection
of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure,
or for any alteration or repairs to any existing building or structure, upon application
therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount
herein below set forth and in the manner herein provided to-wit:

�'or the purpose of computing fees for building permits, the cubical contents of any
building or addition, is detennined by multiplying the ground area covered from a
point six (6) inches belaw the floor line of the basement or the cellar to the
average heights of the upper surface or to the average height of the roof surface
of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate
of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars�($500.00) or fraction thereof in the �ost
of all proposed work.
In-no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be less
than $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge. �

A plumbing permit was issued on Apri130, 2003 to install a water heater at your address.
According to Section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Code, a final inspection shall be
conducted on the work authorized by this permit. As of this da.te the inspection has not
