building or etructure, or for any alterations or repairs to any euisting

here's no more "civilized" way to enjoy the great outdoors
than from the inside of a screen house. Forget assaults from
� insects, sudde� summer showers, and an overdose of sun-
shine. A screen house is a perfect structure from which to enjoy an
unobstructed view of nature every day of the warm-weather season—
come rain or shine.
This 12' x 16' summer house is set on a concrete pad. The
concrete is impervious to water, and helps keep the structure cool
during hot weather. The walls are framed, but covered with screen
to give you a panoramic view in all directions. The gabled roof over-
hangs the walls by a foot in all directions to help keep the structure �
dry, even during a summer storm. Cover the roof with traditional
roofing materials, as shown here, or use corrugated fiberglass panels.
