other than a garage, warehouse, facCory or grain elevator, or for the erection
of any fise-proof addit3on, for eimilar occupancy, to any existing building,
ehall be at the rate of $1.40 for each one thousand cubic feeC, or fraction
thereof, in such cubical conteats.

Re: Concrete Obstruction In The Cutter
Dear Mr. Flaig:
IL has been confirmed by recent inspections that you have placed concrete
in the gutter immediately in front oP your driveway. This practice
obstructs the Water flow in the gutter and can cause damage to City
vehicles vhen clearing saow from the streets.
Therefore the City must require that any material be removed Prom the
gutter. To insure that all Lhe concrete is removed and that there is no
damage to the curb� a City street maintenance crex Will be removing the
concrete xithin the next week.
Aqy initial costs Will be absorbed by the City, but if at a later date,
it is found that a new obstruction exists, any new removal expenses will
be the property owner's responsibility.
If you feel Lhat a problem exists when trying to enter your drivexay from
the atreet� please contact the City Engineering Departmeat about
acceptable solution9� e.g. constructing a new driveway depression. j�

VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time of application to allow for proper
review of the proposed structure and of the construction site.
A Certificate of S�trvey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation once it has it has been constructed will
be required before proceeding with the framing.
