A plumbing permit was issued on April 23, 1998 for the property located at 530
Janesville St. NE for a new water heater. According to Section 30.5(a) of the 1991
Uniform Plumbing Code a final inspection shall be performed on plumbing systems. As
of this date no inspection has been called for.
