Written Agreement for Driveway Addition

The owner (Gary Scholzen) living at 6210 Jupiter Road Fridley
MN 55342 has my permission to add an addition to his
driveway up to, but not over the lot line between his residence
and ours at 6200 Jupiter Road Fridley Mn 55432.
Together we have reviewed the lot line according to a survey
from Cartwright & Olson (see attached document) and agree
that the location of the addition is within the property line
at 6210 Jupiter Rd.
