Re: Reroofing Without a Building Permit
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On September 11, 1992, we stopped at your residence when we noticed
that you were reroofing your dwelling without first applying for
and obtaining a building permit. You were informed at that time
that you were in violation of the City Code and were asked to come
into City Hall to obtain a building permit. As of todays date, you
have not applied for this permit.
We will expect you to correct this violation on or before September
25, 1992. If the permit is not applied for by �his date, the permit
fee will be doubled. If the permit is not obtained by October 1,
1992, this matter will be turned over to the City Prosecutor for
his legal consideration. ,
