RE: Vision Safety at Kennaston Drive and Monroe Street
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Miazga:
A recent inspection revealed that shrubbery at #he southwest corner of the above
referenced property appears to be creating a visual obstruction at the intersection ofi
Kennaston Drive and Monroe Street. This obstruction extends into what is called the
"vision safety zone" {see enclosed definition) restricting a clear sight path for motorists
at this intersection.
Please take th� appropriate action to bring this property into compliance with the
enclosed ordinance. I will be reinspecting on or shortly after July 10, 1996, at which
