The Budzynski's indicated that Clyde Moravetz said that it met the City standards and I said we would double check that and if it is true, we should get a petition from all the affected property owners requesting this light, so that if it meets the City standards and it is installed, no neighbor objects to it. However, the sharp curve north of 68th Avenue would lend itself to a light and curves meet City established warrants for street lights. I also informed the caller that the light, if placed, would be at or near the center of the curve at a location minimizing_t�ee trimmi.ng, placement of additional poles, etc. They were to submit a petition, involving residents on the block, requesting exact location for the light on the cux�re. I told them a petition would not necessarily guarantee a light placement as NSP existing facilities, etc. would be taken into account.
