Re: Window Replacement Without Obtaining a Building Permit
Dear Mr. Keil:
On June 7, 1995, we stopped at your residence when we noticed that
you were installing new windows without a building permit. You
were informed at that time that you were in violation of the City
Code and were asked to come into City Hall to obtain a building
permit. As of todays date, you have not applied for this permit.
We will expect you to correct this violation on or before July 14,
1995 and a special investigation fee will be added equal to the
permit fee. If the permit is not obtained by July 14, 1995, this
matter may be turned over to the City Proseeutor for his legal
consideration.
