A plumbing permit was issued on March 3, 2000 to install a water heater at your address.
According to the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be conducted on the
work authorized by this permit. A final inspection was conducted on February 29, 2000 and
the following corrections were noted:
1. The unit is leaking from the temperature and pressure relief valve.
2. The temperature and pressure relief valve copper line must be within 18 inches from the
floor.
3. Must install new gas valve on any new appliance within 3 feet from the appliance it
serves.
We need to gain access to the furnace room to inspect these items to make sure the
