The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant
and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 6251 Kerry
Lane N.E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below
is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Discontinue improper outside storage of a boat located in the front yard area.
(Storage of boats is permitted in the side and rear yards. )
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist=us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An inspedion will be conducted on or shortly after May 11,
1996, to determine compliance.

On February 7, 2001, while doing inspections at 6251 Kerry Lane and 6060 2"d
street, I noted that air conditioning and a furnace had been installed respectively
without the required permits. I was informed that your company had completed
these installations. Please check your files to see if you did complete work at
these addresses.
Permits are required and inspections called for, per Section 301(a) of the Uniform
Mechanical Code, and Chapter 206 of the City Code. Work completed without
first obtaining the�necessary permits will be required to pay the permit fee plus an
investigation fee. The city has the authority to deny licensing to contractor's who
fail to comply with the State and city codes.
