Mr. Kuusisto explained to me that it appeared you had placed a splash block at the end of the drain pipe, but that this was not alleviatING the flood problems he is experiencing. I have not had the time to personally view the improvement you have made. Attached is a sketch of an inexpensive alternative that could be made that would alleviate a good portion of the water that is running down to Mr. Kuusisto's house by allowing the water a chance to spread out and soak into the ground. When I first met with Mr. Kuusisto, he offered to help in the labor to do any fix that would stop �his problem. Mr. Kuusisto's home phone number is 786-5849. I think it is important that either yourselves or Mr. Kuusisto make an effort to get together on this problem.
